Head of Trading
Do you want to be part of shaping the energy system of tomorrow? Work with ambitious people. Solve tough problems. Make real impact. If that excites you, this could be your next step.
Join us to facilitate the energy transition
Ingrid was born out of necessity. An outdated energy system holds society back. Ingrid exists to build a future where power flows freely – for people, planet, and progress. We believe the energy transition must move faster, be smarter, and serve society at large. By using the latest technologies in energy infrastructure and software development, we re-architect existing systems instead of replacing them – scaling, strengthening, and modernizing without disruption.
What we do
We work across the system – from physical assets to algorithms, from the Nordics to Europe, from today’s tools to tomorrow’s technologies. That means developing and operating large-scale energy storage. Writing software that responds in real time. Running analytics that see stress before it hits. And creating the tools that turn renewable energy into reliable energy – across countries, communities, and industries.
Since our founding in early 2022, we have emerged as the Nordic leader in enhancing energy system flexibility with 500 MW of deployed assets in Sweden and Finland. At the same time, we are expanding across Europe.
What we offer
At Ingrid, we are not just employees; we are pioneers, visionaries, and catalysts for change. We are at the forefront of the global energy transition, dedicated to shaping the future of power generation. Our company is more than a workplace; it is a platform for innovation, where we dare to push boundaries and turn bold ideas into reality. We work with deep knowledge, restless curiosity, and a shared drive to solve what matters most. If it makes the grid smarter, faster, or more flexible, we’re already working on it.
We firmly believe that the foundation of any successful company lies in its culture. Our culture centers around our core values: Bold impact – Curious grit – Inspiring Collaboration. At Ingrid, we understand that building a thriving organisation demands more than just technology and innovation; it requires a company culture firmly rooted in trust, growth, and the ability to learn from mistakes. We believe that skills can be nurtured in a variety of contexts, starting from within oneself and growing together with people we trust. That’s why we put energy into not just work, but wellbeing and joy as well. From team workouts to social activities, we make sure there’s space to connect, recharge, and thrive together.
