Talent Partner
About us
Ingrid was born out of a simple belief: the energy transition must move faster and work smarter. We're pioneers at the forefront of the global energy transition — pushing boundaries, turning bold ideas into reality, and solving the problems that matter most.
The INtelligent GRID of tomorrow needs to absorb and release more power. We develop, build and operate high-performance batteries — the lungs of modern energy infrastructure — enabling a more flexible and resilient energy supply across Europe. With 500 MW already deployed across the Nordics and rapid expansion into continental Europe, we manage, optimize and trade both our own assets and those of third parties through our sophisticated tech platform, making every battery — and the entire grid — stronger.
About the role
Are you a self-driven, commercially oriented talent partner with proven ability to make talent acquisition an enabler for company success?
We are looking for a talent partner with a proven track record of owning the full recruitment cycle for a diverse mix of roles, while continuing to establish talent acquisition as a strategic advisor to the company. Ingrid is a young company, and the in-house TA function was established in mid-2025 - Though we’ve come a long way, there’s much left to be done, and this is where you come in! As the single point of contact for all of TA, you will continue to build talent acquisition into the company’s strategic agenda, building in-house knowledge and best practice in the talent acquisition processes.
Linking talent and company success through a close collaboration between you and the hiring managers will allow you to make a big impact on Ingrid’s continued growth. You will report directly to our Head of People and play a key role in scaling and building Ingrid.
What you’ll do
As Talent Partner at Ingrid, you'll own the full recruitment cycle — from first contact to offer — across a diverse range of roles spanning from energy engineers and software developers to commercial and operations profiles, across the Nordics and Europe. Ability to source strong candidates is instrumental – attracting talent in limited talent pools and guiding candidates through relocation decisions to expand the reach of potential hires. Beyond filling roles, you'll continue to establish talent acquisition as a strategic advisor within the company, driving change initiatives and educating stakeholders on what great hiring looks like.
You'll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, shape role requirements, and uphold a high bar for talent. At the same time, you'll contribute to employer branding efforts that authentically reflect who Ingrid is — bold, curious, and genuinely purpose-driven. A data-informed mindset is central to how you work: you'll track pipeline health, time-to-hire, and quality of hire, using those insights to act decisively and enable efficient scaling as we grow.
Proactively building and maintaining pipelines of strong candidates — particularly for hard-to-fill and specialist profiles — will be a key part of your rhythm. And throughout all of it, you'll work closely with our three-person people team, bringing your expertise to bear in a way that creates real company-wide value.
Your work experience:
5-7 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally with a mix of in-house and agency background
Proven ability to recruit and source candidates for technical and/or specialist roles in fast-moving environments – linking commercial understanding with role purpose
Strong stakeholder management skills — you know how to challenge, advise, and build trust with hiring managers
A structured and data-informed approach to recruiting, without losing the human touch
Genuine curiosity about the energy transition and a drive to be part of something that matters
Experience from fast growing start-ups and thus comfortable with ambiguity and building things from scratch.
Fluent in English and Swedish
Your personal skills
You have high interpersonal intelligence with strategic drive — people-first in style, but results-oriented at heart.
Relationship builder and connector - naturally draws people in and builds trust quickly
Commercially minded - able to "sell" a role and a company vision
Proactive and self-directed - operates with a strong sense of ownership over outcomes rather than just process. Acts as a strategic peer, not just an order-taker
